What to Do by Order Type

Specific actions required for each order type

Each order type requires different actions from you. Follow the appropriate guide below based on your order type.

BUY

BUY Orders (Fiat to Stablecoin)

When placing a BUY order, follow these steps:

1. Place BUY order

   Submit your BUY order in the app with the amount you want to purchase.

2. Receive payment details

   Once a merchant is assigned, you’ll receive their payment details in the app.

3. Send fiat payment

   Send fiat using the instructed payment rail (bank transfer, mobile money, etc.).

4. Complete confirmation

   Complete the required in-app confirmation to notify the merchant you’ve sent payment.

5. Track order

   Track your order status until completion. You’ll receive your stablecoins once the merchant confirms receipt of payment.

Always send payment to the exact details provided in the app. Do not use different payment details or methods.

SELL / PAY

SELL / PAY Orders (Stablecoin to Fiat or Payment Rail)

When placing a SELL or PAY order, follow these steps:

1. Place order

   Submit your SELL or PAY order in the app with the amount and recipient details.

2. Approve transfer

   Approve and transfer stablecoin when prompted by the app. This may require confirming a transaction in your wallet.

3. Wait for settlement

   Wait for the counterparty (merchant) to complete their settlement actions. They will process the fiat payment on their end.

4. Confirm and track

   Confirm receipt of fiat payment and track the order until completion.

Make sure you have sufficient stablecoin balance and token approval before placing SELL or PAY orders.
