> Steps to become a Cipher in The Liberation Network

## Becoming a Candidate

Anyone can become a Candidate by joining Discord. No XP requirement.

## Candidate to "Cipher" Requirements

  <Step title="Earn 500 XP">
    Accumulate minimum 500 XP through app usage and social activity. This demonstrates your engagement with the P2P ecosystem.

  <Step title="Attend Induction Session">
    Attend a mandatory induction session held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, conducted by your "Country Lead". These sessions cover:

    * The Liberation Network's mission and values
    * Role expectations and responsibilities
    * Communication protocols and tools
    * Community guidelines

  <Step title="Browse Open Roles">
    Check open roles posted by "Keymasters" in your track and country. Roles are posted in Discord with specific requirements and expectations.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Apply via Discord">
    Submit your application through Discord ticket system. Include:

    * Your relevant experience
    * Why you want to join this specific track
    * Your availability and commitment level
  </Step>

  <Step title="Interview with Keymaster">
    Pass an interview with the "Keymaster" for your chosen track. This is a conversation to assess fit, skills, and alignment with the mission.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Become a Cipher">
    Upon approval, receive your "Cipher" role with access to:

    * Track-specific channels
    * Weekly update channels
    * Resource libraries
    * Direct communication with your Keymaster
